Join the Malta Tourism Authority in a unique virtual retreat aimed to de-stress and relax you through various creative workshops, which have been designed to support your mental wellbeing management and personal development. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals through purpose-driven activities, whilst having fun!

The 360-degree virtual retreat takes you to the picturesque Maltese Islands through relaxing and interactive wellbeing activities. The colours of Malta, Gozo and Comino are breath-taking; honey-coloured architecture compliments the deepest of Mediterranean blues. Explore 7,000 years of history yet live passionately in the present. The Islands’ scenery and architecture provide a spectacular backdrop to explore megaliths and medieval cities, all the while learning and relaxing in the comfort of your home.

ABOUT THE RELAXING YOGA & MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Designed for industry professionals staying at home, our relaxing yoga & meditation class is an enlightening blend of spiritual and physical practices, which combines movement, breathing techniques and meditation to build physical energy and increase consciousness. The practice helps practitioners gain the awareness and power they need to create new, healthy habits and to calm the mind.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Please wear comfortable clothing.
You may use a mat (if you have one) or a blanket is beneficial.
No prior experience required.

OUR FACILITATOR
Giulia is a certified kundalini yoga teacher and is currently training to become an art therapist. She facilitates “Yoga, Art and Storytelling” workshops for adults and children, and runs yoga courses for stress management.

ABOUT THE COLLABORATIVE ART WORKSHOP

This light, mindful, grounding workshop is designed to give you the tools to carry out your own creative arts activities into the weekend and beyond, shaking off the stresses of the week and renewing your outlook. You will leave feeling inspired, more centred and connected, peaceful and calm.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Please have some paper, pencil or biro, and potentially some coloured pencils at hand.
No previous experience required.

OUR FACILITATOR
Jess is an Artist and Arts Facilitator who runs arts workshops for local communities and teams in office working environments. She is also currently undertaking a Masters in Psychotherapy with a focus on using the creative arts in therapy and works as Legal Counsel for an International Girls Rights NGO.
