ABOUT THE VIRTUAL WELLNESS RETREAT

TravelMole & ACE Travel Management invite you to join us for a virtual wellness day hosted by Talent Courtyard.

The travel industry has been through the most trying times in the last few months whatever part of it you are in. We’ve missed our friends and colleagues and those lovely days and events that bring us all together and remind us why travel is such a great industry to be in!

So, please join us on 17th July for an informal, non-business day of looking after yourself and seeing your friends and colleagues. The proceeds of this event are going to the wonderful charity and much needed MIND for better mental health.

This will be the best virtual wellness experience that you can join from the comfort of your own home! Bring your own drinks and attend the quiz in the evening with raffles and prizes to be won! Small goodies will be shared before and after the event!

We are really looking forward to seeing you!
Jahan, Sarah & Andrea

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

Relaxing Yoga & Meditation ▼

Designed for industry professionals staying at home, our relaxing yoga & meditation class is an enlightening blend of spiritual and physical practices, which combines movement, breathing techniques and meditation to build physical energy and increase consciousness. The practice helps practitioners gain the awareness and power they need to create new, healthy habits and to calm the mind.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Please wear comfortable clothing.
Please prepare a yoga mat and some comfortable blankets.
Make sure you have at least 1 metre space around you.
No prior experience required.

OUR FACILITATOR

Luna Bastuni is 28-years old and was born in the city of Haifa. Luna is a nutritionist & yoga instructor, who counts climbing & camping in the wild as some of her favourite hobbies. Originally trained in dance, Luna is now a yoga practitioner with over four years of experience. She studied yoga in the city of Mysore, India, where the Ashtanga Vinyasa style of yoga originated. Apart from the Ashtanga method, she is also trained in the Einger Hatta and Nyasa methods.
This practice is brought to you by the Israel Government Tourist Office.

Emotional Freedom Technique ▼

EFT uses a combination of gentle tapping on the end points of meridians (same as for acupuncture) while verbalizing any issues to rewire the nervous system and tangibly release negative feelings (anxiety, uncertainty) within just a few minutes.
You’ll have an effective solution right at your fingertips, so stay tuned 🙂

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap or disinfect them before the session, as we will use them extensively!
No prior experience required.

OUR FACILITATOR

Juliet Leroy is a certified EFT practitioner serving as a trustee on the Board of EFT International and Executive Coach (ICF approved training), certified in other tools as NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and Meditation, as well as a professional with more than 10 years of business experience.
Read more about Juliet’s work on EFT International.

Discover Your Inner Poetry ▼

This workshop provides a journey through words to discover your own ‘inner’ poetry hidden between the lines of previously written pieces of art. Using existing written material is a great way to open up new creative pathways, enables us to work through blocks and sharpens our communication skills. We will then connect words to images to create our original work of (he)art.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Some paper, pencil, pen, glue, scissors, black marker, some book pages ready to be modified (either printed or real ones, or texts rewritten by hand).
Optional: Coloured pencils and coloured paper are recommended but not essential.
No previous experience required.

OUR FACILITATOR

Giulia Dell’Anna is guided by her introspective curiosity, thus she decided to study Italian Modern Literature as her first degree. She wanted to discover unknown emotional places within the world of words! Her mindful approach to life led her to become a certified kundalini yoga teacher and to start her training to become an art therapist. Giulia loves poetry and investigating the power of words through mantra meditation, creative writing and art!

Mindful Breath Work Practice ▼

Our breath is one of our most accessible and powerful tools and we have it at our fingertips at all times. It is deeply linked to our nervous system and a gateway for reconnecting with, and regulating, our bodies, our minds and our emotions. Join Gabi for a somatic, felt experience to learn about this connection and take a few tools with you to use in your day to day.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Please wear comfortable clothing.
You may use a mat (if you have one) or a blanket is beneficial.
No prior experience required.

OUR FACILITATOR

Gabi Macra is equal parts intelligent, creative and compassionate. She articulates her teachings in a digestible way, allowing her natural humour to shine while creating a sense of community and comfort with anyone she shares a space with. A long time practitioner, Gabi has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, teaching since 2016 and is soon to complete her diploma in Yoga Therapy.

Contemporary Classical Piano Concert ▼
