Our corporate wellbeing workshops aim to provide individuals and teams with the tools to manage their personal and professional wellbeing more effectively.
Each session is available online, in-person and in hybrid formats for either 60/90 minute durations, and we offer 30/45 minute morning and lunch-time sessions for a selection of our workshops.
All our services can be delivered as stand-alone sessions or as part of a programme or retreat.
Each of our workplace wellbeing workshops include a Team Wellbeing Assessment to create measurable results.

Creativity for Wellbeing
ART AS A FORM OF MEDITATION
Making art can be a particularly useful tool to meditate. In this workshop, we combine visualisations, relaxation and meditation with artwork including mandalas, sculptures, spirals, labyrinths and collages. The workshop encourages attendees to personify their inner thoughts and feelings in the from of art.
INTERACTIVE, COLLABORATIVE ART
Combining meditative visualisation exercises with art creation increases relaxation and creativity. This can change our daily mood and impact our overall wellbeing. To start, participants will visualise and draw symbols associated with their mood and imagination. Attendees will then collaborate and create artwork together.
JOURNALING FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Journaling is a successful method to release stress and reduce anxiety; by externalising your feelings, they no longer clutter the mind. Through writing activities and prompts, this workshop will allow participants to clarify inner issues and release tension, helping them to envision goals, recognise negative thought patterns and improve self-awareness.
SINGING FOR WELLBEING
Singing with others is proven to take us out of our comfort zones, lead to greater levels of engagement and creativity. This workshop uses breath, vocal, and movement techniques to help teams overcome the stresses associated with work and leave teams with a renewed sense of rapport and purpose.
PLAYING WITH PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS
Group improvisation techniques combined with self-reflection through art. By using games, writing, drawing and installation, we explore the power of creativity and how we can further use it in our life. We will also discuss our experience in smaller groups to learn from each other. You will leave feeling refreshed and inspired!
THE IMPACT OF MUSIC
Music has a unique connection to our emotions and can be an effective tool for stress management and mood regulation. During this energising workshop, a mini concert will be performed for attendees to enjoy and reflect on the emotions evoked from the experience. We will then discuss the science behind music and its impact on mood.
HEALTHY SMOOTHIE MAKING
A practical workshop celebrating fruits, vegetables & all things smoothies, giving you the tips and tricks to make the perfect seasonal smoothies. It is aimed at all skill levels in the kitchen with the only equipment needed being a liquidiser/blender, chopping board and knife. We’ll share a list of simple ingredients to acquire ahead of this activity.
BREATHWORK & BALANCE
Learn how to control breathing to declutter the mind and remain calm in stressful situations. During the workshop, attendees are introduced to simple and practical breathing exercises to life their daily mood and overall wellbeing. They are encouraged to associate colour and shape with their emotions as a form of self-expression.
The strains of sitting in your office chair can lead to neck, shoulder and lower back pain through pressure on the lumbar spine, over-stretching of the mid and upper back, and shortening of the chest and hips. In this workshop, we teach various yoga techniques to help relieve these tensions and daily stresses that occur at our work stations.
CREATIVITY THROUGH MEDITATION
Meditative techniques and mindful thinking can enhance daily mood and bring a sense of complete relaxation. When this is achieved, participants are encouraged to associate shape and colour to their thoughts and emotions and personify them on paper. This is a great way to encourage self-expression and enhance creative thinking.
Participants will develop their resilience inside and outside the workplace. This will allow them to maintain control, high performance and a good mental state in difficult scenarios. Attendees will be informed of the science behind resilience, and its impact on performance and mental and physical wellbeing to develop stress-management techniques.
INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are, what we’re doing and not to be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. In this workshop, participants will be practicing mindfulness techniques that involve breathing methods, guided imagery and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
Personal Development & Emotional Wellbeing
This workshop will explain the science behind stress and its impact on our thought process, behaviours and bodies. Attendees will identify their stress triggers and realise stress-management techniques to relieve this tension. These simple and practical techniques can be used in everyday life, providing participants with long-lasting and effective tools.
POSITIVE THINKING TECHNIQUES
During the workshop, participants will practice positive-thinking techniques through a mixture of activities, conversations, creativity and reflection. Making a habit of these practices develops an awareness of wellbeing, positive qualities and natural talents. These habits encourage sustainable happiness, balance and sense of purpose.
Participants will identify insecurities that trigger low-confidence. With this information, they are informed of how to overcome these barriers, develop self-belief and maintain a positive mindset. A positive view of the self will enhance performance in the workplace, showing attendees how self-belief, performance and success are connected.
Effective financial strategies can reduce stress and improve focus on other responsibilities, including those in the workplace. This workshop will help participants track spending habits and understand methods to manage financial freedom. Participants will be encouraged to create a realistic and effective budget plan to reduce financial stress.
KINDNESS & SOCIAL CONNECTIONS
This workshop will help attendees learn how kindness encourages self-compassion and how to communicate in a kind manner. This will help participants form, maintain and nourish social connections in the workplace and everyday life. Kindness also helps attendees feel better about themselves, boosting their mood and wellbeing levels.
Happiness is the core factor which impacts productivity levels, focus, motivation and performance. It is important to prioritise your own happiness to flourish in the workplace and everyday life. This workshop will equip participants with positive-thinking techniques to remain calm during stressful situations and maintain a positive mental wellbeing.
FIND & RELEASE MONEY BLOCKAGES
By inspecting money blockages, participants may find a deep conditioning around money stemming from our childhood. These beliefs were adapted to fit into our surroundings at that time, but may not be useful anymore for the financial goals we want to reach as adults. So, let’s discover and get them shifted!
HOW TO SWITCH OFF
In this digital age, with technology so prominent in every aspect of life, it is difficult to switch off. This practical workshop will help participants disconnect from their devices and live in the ‘here and now’. This will boost a sense of fulfilment and relaxation whilst learning about the benefits of regular breaks and time away from technology.
HOW TO SET AND ACHIEVE GOALS
This workshop will help attendees articulate their ambitions and understand what may have prevented their goals from being achieved previously. Participants will produce a realistic and actionable plan with focus on their available support systems. This method supports visualising goals and considering the necessary steps to reach them.
USING YOUR TIME WISELY
Participants will learn universal, life-long tools to overcome procrastination. These techniques will enhance productivity and performance, whilst encouraging judgement-free discussion about time management, identifying core goals and understanding the link between energy levels, focus and mental control.
COURAGEOUS PUBLIC SPEAKING
The biggest need for human beings is to be accepted and appreciated as part of your surrounding community, hence standing out in front of a crowd can be daunting (to say the least). In this workshop, we tune down the fears and apprehensions with a cutting-edge body-mind tool and learn how to speak up courageously in public!
EFFECTIVE & MEANINGFUL COMMUNICATION
This workshop will help participants understand what effective communication is; how to implement practical collaboration and how to actively nurture and maintain relationships. Attendees will learn how to mindfully listen and respond to those around us, improving their understanding of conflict resolutions and social cues.
WORK-LIFE BALANCE / STUDY-LIFE BALANCE
Establishing a sustainable and realistic work-life balance is essential to positive mental wellbeing. This useful workshop will help participants identify their everyday and workplace priorities. This will create meaningful boundaries and an effective balance between the two, helping them to feel more in control of their life and reduce feelings of overwhelm.
EFFECTIVELY WORKING / STUDYING FROM HOME
Participants will understand the importance of regular, active breaks and how to make the transition from ‘work mode’ to ‘relaxation mode’ after signing off. In doing so, participants will be given a self-care toolkit to maintain energy levels, motivation and focus, as well as movement and breathing exercises to relieve physical tension.
