ABOUT THIS RETREAT
To celebrate World Mental Health Day, join the Malta Tourism Authority in a unique in-person and virtual retreat aimed to de-stress and relax you through various creative workshops, which have been designed to support your mental wellbeing and personal development. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals through purpose-driven activities, whilst having fun!
The 360-degree in-person and virtual retreat takes you to the picturesque Maltese Islands through relaxing and interactive wellbeing activities. The enchanting colours of the Maltese waters and sights of the baroque architecture invites travel agents to relax. The last year has highlighted how immensely important mental health and wellness is in moving forward in the travel industry. Explore 7,000 years of history yet live passionately in the present. The Islands’ scenery and architecture provide a spectacular backdrop to explore megaliths and medieval cities, all while learning and relaxing in the heart of London or the comfort of your home.

ABOUT THE RELAXING YOGA & MEDITATION WORKSHOP
Designed for industry professionals, our relaxing yoga & meditation class is an enlightening blend of spiritual and physical practices, which combines movement, breathing techniques and meditation to build physical energy and increase consciousness. The practice helps practitioners gain the awareness and power they need to create new, healthy habits and to calm the mind.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Please arrive to the event in comfortable clothing and bring some water to stay hydrated.
VIRTUAL TICKET HOLDERS: You may use a mat (if you have one) or a blanket is beneficial.
No prior experience required.
ABOUT THE COLLABORATIVE ART WORKSHOP
This light, mindful, grounding workshop is designed to give you the tools to carry out your own creative arts activities, getting you ready for the week and renewing your outlook. You will leave feeling inspired, more centred and connected, peaceful and calm.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
VIRTUAL TICKET HOLDERS: Please have some paper, pencil or biro, and potentially some coloured pencils at hand.
No previous experience required.
This is a complimentary event designed for travel trade professionals, HR and wellbeing leads.

The Physical Event will take place at St. Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconciliation and Peace, 78 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom.
If you sign up to the Physical Event, you will receive an e-ticket with the exact venue details.
LOCATION (FOR VIRTUAL TICKET HOLDERS)
If you obtain the Virtual Event ticket, this will be a live session through Zoom. Once signed up, you’ll receive a link to our Zoom virtual classroom.
* Please arrive on time, and be mindful with any noises throughout the sessions (possibly mute yourself if joining via Zoom).
* Feel free to stay for some networking conversations during the coffee break and after the closing of the event.
* Make sure to stay hydrated.
