Being kind is easier when things are going well, but let’s challenge ourselves this week. Being kind starts with yourself. Treat yourself and others with acceptance, patience, kindness and respect. It will make your interaction more meaningful, help you connect and experience joy. Often when we think of random acts of kindness, we think of directing them at strangers. How about now we try with the ones closest to us?
