Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place 18-24 May and this year they picked the theme of kindness. It might feel a bit overwhelming for some to dig deep at this point, so we would like to emphasise the importance of small steps and daily habits in achieving good mental health for all. We are encouraging all of you, to pay more attention this week, to yourself, to those around you and treat all with kindness. Make it a goal this week so it might stick with you and with small changes, you can build up to big effects. Listen and share how you are feeling and this week, when you are asking others how they are doing, wait to understand the answer.
