Either way, you will leave recharged, relaxed, with plenty of experiences and maybe some new friends. Prices vary between £19-£22 per workshop or £95 for the whole day!

ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

Yoga & Meditation Workshop: Breathing exercises, guided meditation and mindful movement to quiet the mind, relieve stress, help you relax and become in tune with your mind and body. – Lead by Laura Koroknai, yoga teacher.
This will be a virtual live session, you may use a mat (if you have one) or a blanket is beneficial.

Art Workshop: Mindful art creation in a relaxed space, experimenting with painting and drawing to help you tap into your creativity, connect with yourself, others and your goals and desires. – Conducted by Jessica Long, Artist and Group Arts Facilitator.
This will be a virtual live session, no additional materials needed.

Music Workshop: An interactive contemporary classical piano concert. – Facilitated by Tobias Svensson, composer, musician and sound engineer.
This will be a virtual live session, no additional materials needed.

Introduction to Positive Psychology: ‘Positive Psychology is the study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals, communities, and organisations to thrive.’ During this fun, interactive workshop you will have the opportunity to practise positive psychology techniques, with focus on your happiness habits and own strengths, through a mix of activities, conversations, creativity and reflection. Prepare for some fun exercises and to make new friends through these eye-opening activities. – Facilitated by Andrea Meszaros, founder of Talent Courtyard and coach.
This will be a virtual live session, no additional materials needed.
