ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Practicing creative exercises enhances mental wellbeing and improves self-consciousness.
The process of creating something calms the mind, brings mental clarity and supports relaxation.
During this workshop we combine meditation, visualisation and relaxation techniques, while creating our very own artwork to discover our inner self and its resources.
We will practice some simple yet powerful exercises which can be continued by participants alone at home or on online communities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Please have some paper, a pencil or biro, and potentially some coloured pencils at hand.
No previous experience required.
Giulia is a certified kundalini yoga teacher and is currently training to become an art therapist. She runs yoga courses for stress management and creative workshops to support self-discovery. She is interested in art in all its forms, including its use as a meditative tool, for self-discoveries and personal growth.
Please join on time, and be mindful with any noises throughout the session (possibly mute yourself).
This will be an interactive session, videos will be encouraged.
