Self-awareness is the ability to see yourself clearly through reflection and introspection. This is something that is in the centre of many of our workshops. It helps develop better self-control, acceptance, proactiveness and decision-making, as well as build confidence and encourage self-development!
Here are a few ways to cultivate self-awareness:
