During this fun, interactive workshop you will have the opportunity to practise positive psychology techniques through various exercises. Making a habit of these practices raises our awareness of our own wellbeing, positive qualities and natural talents.

This online workshop is designed to let every participant (max. 20 people) discover new perspectives about themselves and others and create positive change through a set of collaborative activities. About Your Facilitator

Andrea is founder of Talent Courtyard, holistic coach, visiting lecturer and professional trainer with 6+ years experience, specialising in positive psychology and NLP and passionate about culture and diversity.

She is curious about various perspectives, logic and emotions. Her workshops are friendly, interactive, collaborative and educative.

This will be an interactive session, videos will be encouraged.
